Don’t call me a rapper, call me a musician – Phyno speaks

Many do not even remember that popular musician Phyno is a rapper seeing that he mostly sings in the songs he has been putting out.

He has finally cleared the air on those who say he has abandoned his rapping roots. Speaking in a recent interview, he said he is more than a rapper.

“Let me make this clear, when you say I am singing a lot lately, Yeah I blew up as a rapper – but before that, I was a producer for like 8-9 years. Don’t call me a rapper, call me a musician. I know music. That’s what most people don’t know,” he told Hip TV.

There you have it folks, Phyno has evolved from just an ordinary rapper.
