Emmanuel is currently on holiday in Dubai and he is amazed by the level of development in the UAE that was once a desert.

 

In a video shared on social media, an enraged Emmanuel said Nigerians have been stupid for so long to have allowed our leaders keep the country in such an underdeveloped state.
