Die hard Chelsea fan in Ghana slumps and dies after the 3-0 champions league loss to Barcelona, he really died hard.

Chelsea's 3-0 loss to Barcelona on Wednesday night has reportedly led to the death of a 24-year-old Ghanaian who slumped just minutes after the final whistle.

The young man identified as Offin is a mobile phone dealer and a diehard Chelsea supporter. He was said to have slumped on his way home after the match ended.

 

Chelsea lost the round of 16 tie on a 4-1 aggregate over two legs.
