Graphic photos: Drug addict stabs himself in an attempt to escape mob justice after he mistakenly stabbed his brother in Kano

A drug addict and his brother are currently fighting for their lives in a Kano hospital. According to reports, the drug addict had just finished taken a round of banned substances when without any cause to be violent, picked up a knife in their home and stabbed his brother in the throat.

 

When the youths in the area were chasing him to attack him, he picked up the knife and also cut his throat. Both men are currently in the hospital fighting for their lives.
