French citizenship withdrawn from woman immediately after it was given to her because she refused to shake the hand of official due to religious reason

This is according to a tweet by @Africafactszone. She had already been granted citizenship, all she had to do was acknowledge it with a handshake. If you seek to be a citizen of a country, is it not proper that you abide by their rules and regulations?
